WINK News: Over 60 men Take A Stand to end domestic violence

Thank you to everyone who assisted with The Shelter’s 2024 Take A Stand effort, Tuesday, March 5, 2024, in Immokalee and Naples.

We are grateful for the leadership of Chair Dan Bennewitz and Team Captains Lloyd Bettis, Tom Butz, Andy Davis, Colin Estrem, Doug Jones, Corey Lazar, and Dave Ridenour. With their guidance, Gentle’men Against Domestic Violence volunteers canvassed several neighborhoods, distributing over 4,500 door hangers to raise awareness for The Shelter’s services. Officers with the Collier County Sheriff’s Office and Naples Police Department assisted with the effort.
