The Shelter’s Be Salon in the emergency shelter got a beautiful makeover thanks to Salon Cibu and Ann Ratner, of the Ratner Companies. Salon founders Barbara Jordan and Troy Halbisen were on hand for a special Grand Re-Opening, Nov. 8, at The Shelter.
