Shelter receives $30,000 grant from Community Foundation
Naples, FL – The Shelter for Abused Women & Children is pleased to announce it has received a $30,000 grant through the Community Foundation of Collier County. These much-needed funds will be used to provide support services to victims of domestic violence and human trafficking.
“We recently had a five-fold increase of participation in our human trafficking program,” said Shelter CEO Linda Oberhaus, “This grant will help ensure these participants, as well as survivors of domestic violence, have the services needed to rebuild their lives as they regain their self-sufficiency.”
