Shelter honors Julie Franklin and Pat Mantey
Shelter Chief Operating Officer Julie Franklin and Emergency Shelter Advocate Pat Mantey were recently honored by The Shelter. Julie received her five-year pin for service to The Shelter; and Pat was honored as The Shelter’s Employee of the Quarter.
