Jean Witthoft

Jean Witthoft, Chief Administrative Officer, joined The Shelter for Abused Women & Children in September 2024. Jean has been a senior leader in many educational institutions in the Middle East and in the U.S. Jean has held positions in operations, administration, and in the academic aspects of schools and colleges.

Jean has experience in facilities management, health and safety, IT management, capital improvement projects, human resources, finance and budgeting, and contract negotiations.

She holds an MBA from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and is a Minnesota native. While her two children were born and raised in the Arabian Gulf, they chose to make Minnesota their permanent home.
